Our studio is located in Toronto, Canada. We ship across North America.
At this time we do not have a storefront for pickup.
We ship anywhere in Canada and the United States.
You must create a new order for every gift box you want to create. We cannot break 1 order into multiple gift boxes.
Everything in shopping cart at the time of checkout, goes into 1 gift box. Contents cannot be divided into multiple smaller boxes within one shipment. If you would like to send multiple unique boxes to one address, you must place each box individually and pay for shipping labels for each box.
We have various sized boxes to fix various sized orders. All of our boxes are white, and you pick how to decorate the box at the checkout. At checkout you can select which tape to seal your gift box and choose fun add on's like stickers. Our tapes change with the seasons but we also have our standard Sprinkles tape year round.
We unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery dates. We rely on service providers like Canada Post, and UPS to handle transportation of orders. Orders take upwards of 4 business days to produce in our studio, and transit times will vary depending on the speed of transit you pick at checkout.

Shipping + Returns
Sometimes transit providers update their tracking prematurely, so we recommend waiting 24 hours to see if the parcel shows up. In the event that it does not, shipping providers have requested that the customers reach out directly to them so that a claim can be filed. We do not issue refunds for lost or stollen parcels unless a shipper notifies us that they were at fault.
The calculation for orders is:
Production Time + Transit Time = Estimated Arrival Date.
After you place your order, it takes 1-4 Business Days to pick and pack your order in our studio. This is considered the "Production Time".
Next, transit time is how long it takes the postage carrier to get your parcel from point A to point B. This timeline will vary depending on factors such as i. What shipping speed you select at checkout ii. Postage Delays out of our control due to Weather / Unexpected Delays.
When an order ships, you should receive a shipping notification. In the event that you do not, it is possible the notification went to junk. Find your original order confirmation and at the bottom of the e-mail you will find this button. You can click on "View Order Status" at any time and find up to date information on your shipment.
Shipping costs are quoted in our checkout directly from carriers such as Canada Post, and UPS (for USA) Shipping costs quoted by these carriers are calculated based on....
