Hello friends!

We will be closed Dec 16 to January 5th. During our holiday we will not be processing orders, responding to e-mails, or Live Chats. We're building gingerbread houses with our kiddo, decorating the tree and maybe stuffing our face with holiday cookies and egg nog.  Any orders placed during this time won’t be processed until we reopen Jan 6.

If you did not realize we were closed for holidays, we will happily refund and cancel your order as long as you submit the request by January 5th, 2022 at 12pm EST.  Please reply to your ORDER CONFIRMATION as this contains your order #.

Below are some helpful links to help answer some questions!

Q: I placed an order during your holidays. What happens to my order?
A: Thank you for your order! Your order is happily in the queue waiting to be processed. When we come back into the shop on January 6th, we will print all of the orders and start picking and packing them to ship out ASAP. Turnaround times will be like before the holidays, of a processing time of 1-4 business days.

Q: I placed an order before your holiday closure and I'm looking for tracking.
A: If you did not get a shipment notification please first check your junk mail. If it is not there, please find your original receipt that says "ORDER CONFIRMATION", and at the bottom of the e-mail is a picture to check the status of your order. Click on this link and it will bring you to tracking. We are unable to respond to e-mails during our holidays so it is fastest for you to find your receipt and follow the link that way.

Q: My order is delayed in transit
A: Ugh. The worst is seeing something we're waiting for, take the scenic route to the final destination. Please note that we do not have any further, or additional information other than what you have. Our carrier providers (Canada Post, UPS etc) have asked that any delivery inquiries come from the recipient directly as you will be able to provide better information as to delivery restrictions / issues that may help solve the issue.

Please see our FAQ page for more help!
