Any child up to the age of 13 can apply to be a part of our Junior Designer program. Children must be able to visit Charlie Pickles in Toronto to talk about their work. We must have parental consent. 

Kids who are creative and looking to learn about product design are encouraged to sign up to be a part of the JR. Designer Program.

We are fully transparent that we will select designers that have artwork that we think would fit well in the Charlie Pickles world. It wouldn't be fair to our designers to bring on a product that doesn't fit, and therefore wouldn't sell. We want to help provide a positive experience for our kids. 

Although we LOVE so many different types of art and design, the Jr. Designers artwork does have to fit into the Charlie Pickles world which is bright, happy, rainbow, positive, inclusive and for all ages. 

If the Jr. Designers artwork isn't a fit for us, rest assured we communicate in a positive encouraging way to explain why it's not a fit for us, and we try to offer resources on how our Jr. Designers can find other avenues to explore their creativity.
