FAQ About Camp Care Packages
My child is only staying at a 1 week overnight. Is that too short for a care package to arrive?
One week overnights are tricky for shipping camp care packages as we have to contend with outside transit companies and their turnaround times. What we suggest is you have a camp care package shipped to your home ahead of camp, or, come into the store to build and take it home, and send it either as a surprise in their camp suitcase - or give it to them with "Open on Day 3"
Can I schedule my camp care package to arrive on a specific date
Unfortunately, no, not at this time. We're not set up to have scheduled deliveries to camps, but we process gift boxes with the following turnaround. Place the order --> it ships within 2-3 business days ---> transit time varies depending on the speed selected at checkout.
Can I add things from home into the gift box
If you want to add items from home into your camp care package we recommend the following - Place the order online for pickup and ask us not to seal the gift box. You then take the gift box home, and either ship it to the camp or, tuck it into the child's suitcase to open once at camp.
Can I build my camp care package in the store
Yes, absolutely! However we are not able to ship camp care packages when you build it in store. You will have to bring your parcel to a UPS, or Canada Post. But we can give you the box (on orders $30+) and fun tape to seal
