IN-STORE RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you purchase items in our retail store, we are happy to offer the following return options:

Standard Returns (Within 7 Days) Items can be returned for a full refund to the original payment method within 7 days of purchase, provided you have your receipt and the items are in unused, resalable condition with original packaging and are not listed as Final Sale (see below).

Can’t make it in? We understand that life gets busy! If you cannot make it back to the shop within the 7-day window, please email us at support@charliepickles.com within that 7-day timeframe. Notifying us in advance allows us to potentially extend the return window for you.

Missing Receipt or Past 7 Days If you do not have your receipt, or if 7 days have passed without prior notification, returns may be accepted for Exchange at the sole discretion of the store.

  • Note: If accepted, the exchange value will be based on the item's current selling price (e.g., if the item is now on sale, the credit will be for the sale price).

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS (Final Sale) Please note that the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items

  • Custom / Personalized items

  • Food items

  • Body Care products

  • Seasonal Merchandise: Seasonal items (e.g., Holiday, Valentine's, Easter) are Final Sale immediately upon purchase.

GIFT RETURNS If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it (providing it meets the return criteria above), we will issue you a Store Credit for the current selling price of the item.
