Yes. The interactive loot bag builder is designed so that you are building one loot bag. You add that 1 loot bag to your cart, and then increase the quantity of how many you need, in your shopping cart.

If an item has less than 14 items in stock, you will see a low stock warning when you add an item to your loot bag. The low stock warning will tell you how many of that item are left. For example if you see a sticker sheet has 4 left in stock, you won't have enough to make 14 loot bags with that one sticker sheet
