HOW TO BUILD A GIFT BOX
JUST ADD ITEMS TO YOUR CART
Anything in our shop, can be shipped to someone as a gift. Add items from throughout our shop to your shopping cart and checkout. Make the "Ship To" address that of the recipient. In addition, make sure you leave a note at the checkout of what we should write as a note to the recipient, so that they know who to thank! We will hand write on the card you purchased, and if you missed buying a card, we have blank postcards that we will use to write your note.
GUIDED GIFT BOX BUILDING
This is a step by step, build-a-gift box process that shows you a curated collection of items from throughout our shop, based on gift themes such as Birthday, Halloween, New Baby and more. Each step is designed to be fun, clear and helpful for you. Once your box contents have been added to your cart, you can add additional items from the shop as well.
Our gift boxing service is a complimentary service we offer for in store purchases over $30.00.* You can select the tape to seal the gift box in store and walk out with one of our signature gifts!
*Orders under $30: If your gift is under this amount we are happy to offer our Charlie Pickles gift bag with tissue at no charge - or you are welcome to purchase our gift boxing service (which includes filler and our decorative tape) for an additional $5 (or $10 for an Extra Large Box)
All of our boxes are white, and you pick how to decorate the box! At checkout you can select which tape to seal your gift box and choose fun add on's like stickers. Our tapes change with the seasons but we also have our standard Sprinkles tape that goes with everything!
You must select *THIS IS A GIFT at the checkout in order to ensure your gift box arrives in one of our signature white gift boxes.
We can only ship 1 box per checkout / shipping label.
If you would like to send multiple unique boxes to one address, you must place each box individually and pay for shipping labels for each box. Everything in your cart goes into 1 box. Many of our customers just send one, glorious box to a family / kiddos to open and enjoy! Ps, We try to make this SUPER clear during the shopping process.
Yes! You can select to pick up your order or gift at our studio in the Upper Beach at 1040 Kingston Road. Select "Pick up at Store" when you get to our shipping page. Please make sure you select THIS IS A GIFT at checkout, to ensure we pack it as you'd like. Otherwise your order may be in a classic Charlie Pickles bag.
Unfortunately no.
At this time we cannot schedule orders to arrive on a certain date, hold orders to ship, or ship on certain dates.
If you don't want someone to open a gift until a certain date we recommend is ordering early and have it arrive sooner than hoped for. You can request a "DO NOT OPEN UNTIL" sticker and indicate the date you would like on it. You can do this in the "message to seller" at the checkout.
Orders take 2-4 business days to process (for us to pick and pack your order) + transit time (the time it takes in transit). Dates may fluxuate slightly depending on the season, however we do our best to alert you to any delays in the checkout.
