Return Policy
 
Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please reach out to us at hi@charliepickles.shop to initiate your return.  Refunds, less the original shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee are made to the original payment method once they have been received in our warehouse. We will provide the return address in response to your return inquiry. 

Product(s) must be in resell-able condition.
 
The following items are non refundable. 
(i) Sale items, (ii) food items, and (iii) postcards / cards that have been written on.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for return shipping and we recommend that you ship your return via a trackable service - we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

REFUND
Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

LOST / STOLLEN PARCELS
Please note that we are unable to replace lost or stolen items. Be sure to use the correct mailing address and track your shipment to reduce the risk of errors. You can reach out directly to the courier to file a claim for your package in the event that it is lost.
