I’m really excited to announce the plan to improve our loyalty rewards for you, our newsletter subscriber. Over the last 20 years, we’ve been communicating with our friends (you) who have followed along as we went from just a little stationery company in a basement apartment, to having the coolest store with the coolest customers ever. We don’t take it for granted that you’re letting us into your inboxes every month. Not only are we business owners, but we’re consumers too (just like the hair club for men.)
I personally know that perks are ridiculously fun, and a nice reward for shopping with stores we love.
