We are shipping orders as normal even with the Canada Post strike using service providers like UPS and FedEx. Although we are trying to maintain shipping without interruption we have a few unavoidable exceptions.

ORDERS IN TRANSIT BEFORE THE STRIKE
Unfortunately if you selected Canada Post to ship your order and your order shipped - it may be stuck in transit.
NO PO BOXES
We cannot ship to PO Boxes or Box Numbers as UPS / FedEx do not ship to these places, whereas Canada Post did. Please ship your order to an address where someone can receive your order otherwise we unfortunately will have to cancel and refund your order.
NO TRACKED PARCEL OR REGULAR PARCEL TO USA - Only UPS
We unfortunately can only offer UPS shipping to our customers in the USA. And free shipping, which previously was Untracked Regular Parcel - is not available due to the strike.

STICKER OF THE MONTH CLUB - November (already in transit)
Some customers may experience a delay in their mailer, as they had just been mailed. Some mailers may be stuck in transit.
STICKER OF THE MONTH CLUB - December (upcoming)
We will not be able to ship December of the month club stickers unless the strike has ended. If it has not ended, and you would like the December stickers when the strike is over - you can approve the monthly charge for the stickers and we will ship them the minute the strike is over (meaning, you order - we'll package the order for shipping and the strike ends and your stickers will go in the mail) If you live near Charlie pickles and do the December sticker club you can also come into the store to pick up the order (and some bonus stickers)
