Return Policy

 

FOR ONLINE ORDERS

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing support@charliepickles.com. Please include your name, order number, and the items you wish to return.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the original shipping and handling charges and a 15% restocking fee, once the items have been received and processed in our warehouse. We will provide the return address when we respond to your return inquiry.

RETURNS & REFUNDS FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES

If you would like to return an item purchased in-store, you can bring the item(s) back within 7 days of purchase to receive a refund to the original payment method, provided you have proof of purchase (printed, emailed, or texted receipt).
If you cannot provide a receipt, store credit may be issued at our discretion, depending on the condition of the item. If you cannot visit the store within 7 days but plan to return an item, please email us at support@charliepickles.com within the 7-day window to let us know. We will note the return and accept it on our next business day.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Sale items
Food items
Seasonal merchandise (e.g., Valentine's Day items)
Personal care items, such as beauty products and earrings

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

REFUNDS FOR ONLINE ORDERS
Online order refunds will be processed to the original payment method, less the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PARCELS
We cannot replace lost or stolen packages. Please double-check your shipping address and track your shipment to avoid delivery issues. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
